What will you do at PrintWithMe?

Are you seeking to grow your career with a company that cares about your long-term success? PrintWithMe is seeking an Account Manager to join its close-knit team. In this role, you will help our company succeed by making sure our clients are as successful as possible with our product.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and build long term relationships with customers
  • Help sales when needed on customer interaction through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share
  • Establish a proactive renewal process for contracts that don't auto-renew
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Perform new site launch ramp up check-ins
  • Monitor and analyze site usage, flagging low usage locations and reaching out/relaunching sites with low/no usage
  • Develop new business with existing clients through promoting our referral program
  • Handle ownership changes/cancellations and make to sure to get paperwork updated and make sure they get their final billing clear about what they owe.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Update the RSD and Executive team while gathering positive feedback/valuable info so we can get faster expansion and use it in follow-ups.

Who Are You?

The ideal candidate has: * 5+ years of account management experience * Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs * Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment * Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity * Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
